Sales and Cancellation Policies
Changes or cancellations can be made to a reservation no less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled “show time” for the dive, with no cost or penalty to you. However, you must speak to one of the staff and receive a written confirmation of the cancellation/change for it to be valid (Leaving a voice message is not valid). You are fully responsible for the cost of the dive or class if you change or cancel your reservation inside the 24-hour window. Your confirmed booking constitutes your agreement to this policy.
